Yes. The package includes Dink Slot installation and configuration for court-rental bookings, your courts and opening hours, and an owner booking calendar. We confirm the booking scope and launch requirements with you before work begins. New features and custom integrations are quoted separately.
What does basic customization include?
Your logo and colors, replacing demo text and photos with materials you supply, configuring the existing booking features, and one round of revisions. New features, custom integrations, and major layout changes are quoted separately.
What happens after the free first month?
We’ll discuss ongoing hosting and website care with you during our first contact. Website care covers security maintenance, software updates, and general website upkeep.
Is a domain name included?
Domain registration and renewal are separate. We can help you purchase and connect a domain for an additional service fee, agreed beforehand, or share our Hostinger partner link for you to purchase directly. If you already own a domain, tell us when you inquire.
What can I try in the booking demo?
The demo shows court-rental reservations, test contact verification, cancellation, and payment-status handling. Owner tools include courts, opening hours, a calendar, and owner-managed open-play sessions. It uses test information and payments. Public open-play registration and coaching checkout remain in development.
Does it automatically verify GCash or Maya payments?
No. The demonstrated QR-transfer workflow requires the owner to verify the receiving transaction before recording payment. Uploading a screenshot is not payment confirmation. Real payment handling and email delivery must be checked for your venue before launch.
How do we get started?
Click Avail this package, then save your email to get started. Your email stays saved even if you do not finish the remaining details. Next, add your name and phone number. You choose whether we may call you. If yes, select your preferred call date and time in Philippine time for us to confirm by email. Otherwise, we will follow up by email only. We confirm the website scope and launch requirements before you commit. An inquiry does not place an order or take payment.
